19,600 yuan "Art of War"

The world's first Chinese-English, bilingual edition of "Sun-Tzu's Art of
War," printed with gold paper, was unveiled to readers at the Jiangsu
Foreign Languages Bookstore on Wednesday. The gold edition is in the
style of ancient Chinese books, printed in 16 mo. with a total of 40 gold
pages. The book sells for 19,600 yuan. The edition takes the
block-printed "Art of War Annotated by Eleven Famous Masters of the Song
Dynasty" as the original. The pages of the book are made of 99.9% gold,
and each sheet of 16 mo. gold paper requires six grams of gold.
